THE REVIVAL OF A FEADSHIP LEGEND & THE NEW SISTERCHIPS SERIES

We are opening a visionary, dual-purpose international partnership program based on the unique hydrostatic lines of the historic s/y ALACIEL (Akerboom Lisse 1962, Hull #226).

Our blueprint is structured to lead the future of the Blue Economy by combining high-end classic ocean racing heritage with state-of-the-art green technology.

Phase 1: The Zero-Emission Renovation of Mothership Hull #1

The original 22.5-meter mild steel hull is currently 100% sandblasted, primed, totally naked stripped and ready for a complete custom refit on the hard in Algeciras, Spain. We are transforming this iconic ocean racer into an eco-friendly "Acoustic Zero + ZERO EMISSION " Cutter Sloop.

The Technology: The project integrates a high-efficiency electric auxiliary drive, dynamic propeller hydro-regeneration, also solar and an internal Inertial Bow-Heave Kinetic Mass Damper. This system captures the permanent momentum of the waves to feed the battery bank, the electric drive and or a 2.2 kW (3 HP) compressor, storing clean air energy at 300 Bar inside a compact 90L buffer tank to power an independent pneumatic shaft drive.
The Commercial Model: Operating under a dual-season matrix generating a projected generous net annual EBITDA, the vessel will run an advanced Offshore Ocean Sailing Academy (RYA/MCA Master 200t credentials specializing in Celestial Navigation), luxury private yacht charters (€15,000 to €20,000 per week), Water Taxi, zero-emission boutique light cargo transport (up to 80-100 m³), and dedicated oceanographic research windows for shark, whale acoustics and microplastic, plancton analytics.

Phase 2: The Future Vision – The Scaled Sisterships Series (24m / 29m / 33m)

As the sole copyright holder of these exceptional, sea-kindly hydrostatic hull lines drawn by Yves Mareschal, we are launching a custom building program to reproduce this legendary geometry into a new generation of semi-custom classic superyachts at 24 meters, 29 meters, and 33 meters lengths, scaled into magnificent Cúter or Schooner configurations.

Shipyard Partnership & Joint-Venture Open Bidding

We are actively seeking a premier, forward-thinking shipyard partner or corporate joint-venture equity investor to co-develop this multi-vessel production pipeline, leveraging EU sustainability coaching grants and premium international yacht orders.
